The two-minute teaser flashes up the words 'Kanye West', 'Austin', 'Vevo Power Station', 'Saturday March 19', '11:59pm' so without resurrecting Nostradameus, we will take that as a message Kanye will be at the SXSW music conference in Austin this week.
